Luštica Bay ― A place to belong. Rebranding old-world charm with a touch of modern luxury to create a timeless coastal experience along the Adriatic.

Introduction
Luštica Bay is a sustainable coastal town on Montenegro’s Luštica Peninsula, developed by Orascom Development Holding. Blending natural beauty with modern living, it offers residences, a marina, and vibrant community life along the Adriatic.
Strategy
Luštica Bay is unlike any other destination along the Adriatic. Nestled beside the charming village of Radovici, it draws deeply from local character and Montenegrin heritage. Its brand positioning celebrates this connection, not by setting itself apart but by embracing its surroundings as 'A place to belong' and thrive.
Branding
Comprising five distinct districts, the monogram served as a unifying brand mark, subtly echoing the seagulls from Luštica Bay’s original logo. Each district was given its own unique pattern derived from the monogram, creating a sense of identity while staying true to the overarching brand positioning. A layered photographic treatment was introduced to reflect the diverse experiences residents can enjoy—from hiking in the mountains to sipping cocktails by the sea.
