Unique Properties had previously focused on ready-built homes for personal buyers, setting themselves apart from the off-plan market. To evolve, the brand now needs to elevate its positioning to align with the region’s luxury off-plan segment, establishing itself as a leading broker for exclusive developer offerings.
Branding
The rebrand of Unique Properties centred on creating a simple yet sophisticated visual identity that reflects the company’s ambition while reinforcing its strong presence in the real estate sector. The 'Be U.nique' brand positioning underscores a commitment to putting 'U', both clients and employees, at the heart of everything they do.
